I’ve always wanted to tape some of my childhood dreams because when they weren’t batshit irrationally scary, they had incredibly trippy and pretty scenery guh *w*
dude I wish I could do that too because my dreams have always been trippy but if there’s one beautiful thing about them it’s the scenery
I always used to have this crazy pretty scenery in my dreams and just guh I wish I could better focus my memories and knew how to draw landscapes. I remember one that was like a dock, but all along a lake, and the lake stretched out as far as you could see into the fog ;w;
mine are beautiful like that sometimes but usually they’re beautiful in a really crazy elaborate way like video game maps
like this one time I remember vividly I had a dream about being in a paintball war
I never talked to anyone else and no one ever hit me, and I never hit anyone. There was no interaction between me and any other figment of my imagination in any way whatsoever, even if they were occasionally shooting at each other (if opposite sides met… usually I was way behind the action I think?)
but the reason I remember it so vividly is because of the battlefield; all the hills and little foxholes and trenches and previously cut trails
and then just before I woke up I followed some of my fellow soldiers into a tunnel and it let out into this HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE VERTICAL TUNNEL with smaller horizontal tunnels occasionally scattered along the walls but you couldn’t even see the bottom it was so deep and people were repelling off the walls into the abyss and it just looked really cool in my head
Damn that sounds wicked *w*
I had a dream once where some adults were being affected by some sort of mind control/disease thing and they were saying it was actually kids and they were trying to lock the teens and whatnot up byt me and some rl friends knew that this was someone’s plan to turn the adults against the kids and at one point, where we were sneaking around the city for supplies and to rescue kids, it was like New York had gone all Inception and some city blocks sloped up almost vertically and gdjfkl!!!
I actually think Inception may not have come out yet when I had that dream…
that’s actually really interesting because I think a lot of ideas are actually connected on some level?
